ANALYSIS & CUSTOMISATION

Each organisation is unique and we believe the customisation of each programme is vital for a return on investment not only for the organisaton but also for the learners who are attending the programme.

Work Skills Resources will select and compile a course outline on completion of the pre-assessment meeting. Should the outcomes be adjusted WSR will incorporate the outcomes to ensure that all the course objectives are met.

The customisation of training materials will be completed 5-working days before commencement of any training intervention.

GAP ANALYSIS

WSR will conduct a pre-assessment briefing in order to agree on expected performance standards prior to the commencement of training.

This briefing session will act as a GAP analysis to determine the client’s exact needs to meet the programme objectives. The session will include but not be limited to:

  • Programme objectives
  • Programme customisation
  • Course dates and time-frames
  • Work related case studies
  • Logistical requirements (on or off-site training), catering
  • Type of certification
  • Reporting procedures and requirements

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

TYPES OF CERTIFICATION

A WSR competency certificate will be issued on the condition that a delegate attended the full programme and completed and conducted an assessment successfully by a due date agreed upon during the last day of the training programme.

Should a delegate attend the full programme but fail to complete an assessment successfully or conduct the assessment after the due date, a certificate of attendance will be issued.

Credit Bearing Certificate

The credit bearing certificate will be issued on the condition that a delegate completes an accredited unit standard skills programme successfully.

The credit bearing certificate is issued by WSR upon receipt of the SOR (statement of results) issued by the relevant SETA.
