Work Skills Resources will select and compile a course outline on completion of the pre-assessment meeting. Should the outcomes be adjusted WSR will incorporate the outcomes to ensure that all the course objectives are met.
The customisation of training materials will be completed 5-working days before commencement of any training intervention.
WSR will conduct a pre-assessment briefing in order to agree on expected performance standards prior to the commencement of training.
This briefing session will act as a GAP analysis to determine the client’s exact needs to meet the programme objectives. The session will include but not be limited to:
Each training intervention will be facilitated using a variety of training methodology to ensure maximum participation by delegates and transferability of knowledge into the workplace.

The type of certification will be determined by the client.
Should a delegate attend the full programme a certificate of attendance will be issued.
WSR Competency Certification
An in-house assessment can be conducted for certifications purposes.
A WSR competency certificate will be issued on the condition that a delegate attended the full programme and completed and conducted an assessment successfully by a due date agreed upon during the last day of the training programme.
Should a delegate attend the full programme but fail to complete an assessment successfully or conduct the assessment after the due date, a certificate of attendance will be issued.
Credit Bearing Certificate
The credit bearing certificate will be issued on the condition that a delegate completes an accredited unit standard skills programme successfully.
The credit bearing certificate is issued by WSR upon receipt of the SOR (statement of results) issued by the relevant SETA.
WSR always provide an all-inclusive quotation. The following essential information is required in order for us to provide you with a comprehensive quotation:
All items will clearly be structured in a quotation and included in the price schedule. It will include but not be limited to the following:
Training dates will be negotiated by WSR and the client and confirmed in writing via email.
Refunds for non-arrivals are not allowed.
Substitute trainees will not be allowed once the programme has commenced
Invoicing will be based on the minimum group size pre-determined during the pre-assessment meeting. WSR will invoice for the number of learners booked.
If less than the specified minimum group size arrives, the minimum group size will be invoiced. If more than the number of learners booked arrives, WSR will invoice for the number of learners attended.
The invoice will be emailed together with the attendance register. An original order form (if applicable) must be faxed or emailed 7-days prior to the commencement of the training programme.
